From negotiating marriage, to the cost, rituals, expectations and even divorce and widowhood: I shared what we know about marriage in during this tumultuous time.
Ending with a few examples of love and heartbreak from the Sagas, attendees asked lots of informed questions showing the Far North's interest in the Viking Age.
